1) 50% of the adoption fee is required as a deposit to reserve your baby parrot once it has reached 3 weeks of age.
2) Deposits are NON - REFUNDABLE unless bird is undeliverable as agreed upon by both parties.
3) Deposits must be made in cash, money order, cashier’s check or personal check. Personal checks will take 7 days to clear before they will be posted.
1) Payments are to be made while baby is being hand fed per the agreed upon payment schedule.

3) Baby and all additional costs are to be paid for in full 7 days prior to when the baby leaves the facility.
4) If payments are made by personal check, check must clear the bank prior to baby leaving facility.
5) We do not sell unweaned babies. Babies are sent home after 7-14 days of filling their own crops and demonstrating good eating habits and after the baby has fledged and demonstated flying competence.
6) Sexing of baby is not included in purchase price, unless it has been done prior to your selection.
7) Eclectic Parrots can arrange for full testing of your baby prior to leaving our facility at additional cost.
8) Eclectic Parrots will trim your baby’s wings prior to pick up.
9) Eclectic Parrots can provide a custom carrier at the time of pick up if desired for an additional cost.
10)Eclectic Parrots does not allow a bird to be picked up if time does not allow for the bird to arrive at its destination with ample time for adjusting to their new environment before normal roosting time
11)Eclectic Parrots will make every possible accommodation for readying the new owners for bird ownership. If at our discretion we believe the new owners are not adequately prepared to receive a new bird, we will hold delivery until such time as the new home can be properly readied. This includes but may not be limited to education, housing, and feed. This is for the protection, health and well being of all parties. We want the arrival of your new baby to be a joyous, easy transition. Our success is in part due to the time and energy that goes into preparing new owners and homes. You are bringing home a new member of the family. You should be as prepared as you would be when bringing home a new human baby.
12) Eclectic Parrots does not ship birds at this time.
